Adapting to a new culture is a process that confronts you with your own cultural identity and what differences may occur comparing your culture to the new one. In the workshop “Culture Crash” you will become more aware of these cultural biases and find out specific information about the German culture. Another focus of this workshop lies on successful communication at work. You will discover tips for communication styles at work and learn effective conflict management strategies:
